The Training Station is the home of RUN -- a premier award-winning Sneaker Consultation.  Custom sneaker fitting begins with a gait analysis. This includes six measurements of your feet and an analysis while Phil takes numerous videos (using a high-definition camera) of your stride on the treadmill.  He will load them onto the computer and, with some software, and a lifetime of experience, recommend the shoe that best suits you. It can be a lifesaver.
